Returns & Refunds
Given the custom nature of our printed products, returns are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged. Refunds may be requested if you are dissatisfied with the design prior to production approval. Approved refunds may incur a 5% credit card processing fee due to transaction costs.
If no response is received after multiple email attempts over 90 days, or if an order is canceled after acceptable design work has been completed, a design fee may be applied. In these cases, refunds will be issued with a design fee deduction, the amount of which depends on the product type. While we aim to tailor designs to your specifications, in rare cases where an order is designed and subsequently canceled, a refund may be provided after a final notice, minus the applicable design fee.
